Membership
Assessment: 30-45 minute session that covers basic agility skill and core workouts to determine where the athlete is doing well and what they can improve on.
Individual Training: 4-8 sessions per month that includes 1 on 1 training and a weekly workout agenda to do at home
Group Training: 4 sessions with the group that features all workouts from speed, agility, calisthenics, and plyometrics. Weekly home workouts are optional for this training.
Team Training: 4 sessions with your fellow teammates working with speed and agility along with sport related drills. Weekly home workouts are included for the team.
