This is a group training session that focuses on enhancing their quickness, coordination, and overall athletic performance. This training will include a combination of drills that improve reaction time, acceleration, and lateral movement.
Solo Session With Coach Abner
Here, we combine a number of workouts tailored to help with you gain peak performance like Calisthenics and Plyometrics, sport related drills, and cross sport training to get the best results for playing sports or getting in Athletic shape.
Sport Specific Training
Here is where we put a heavy focus on specific workouts that will translate to the sport your athlete is playing. This training will improve their overall ability, reduce the risk of injury, and build a foundation for long-term athletic development.
Cardio Circuit
This is where we test your Cardio fitness to see if you have what it takes to perform at your best. This workout will include Rowing, Assault Bikes, Ski Rows, Uphill Running, and Sprints.
